You'll have your program designed by an AI System and your Coach sent to you through an app called CoachRX. 4. You'll train at the Fa Gym with your friends and a professional OPEX CCP Certified Coach to help you through it. 5. You'll put your results into the CoachRX APP by OPEX so that you have an ongoing place to see your forward progress. 6.
